Tour A: The Cotswolds
Full-Day Tour - Sundays, Wednesdays and Saturdays 09.30 - 17.30
Our journey across the Cotswolds, the largest Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in England, takes us through the delightful villages of Asthall and Swinbrook to the gateway to the Cotswolds, Burford - for our first stop. We then meander through the lanes to Bourton-on-the-Water, Upper and Lower Slaughter, and Stow-on-the-Wold. After a stop for lunch, our picturesque route takes us to Broadway and Chipping Campden. The return to Oxford is via Moreton-in-Marsh, Chipping Norton and
Woodstock, passing close by Blenheim Palace.

Tour B: Stonehenge, Salisbury, & Avebury Stone Circle
Stonehenge
Full-Day Tour - Mondays and Fridays 09.30 - 17.30
South and west of Oxford to Stonehenge, the great and ancient stone circle that is one of the Wonders of the World. Then the short journey to Salisbury, amongst the finest medieval cathedrals in Britain. Crossing Salisbury Plain, we pass through the market town of Devizes and on to Avebury, the world's largest stone circle, at the heart of a pre-historic landscape. We return to Oxford via the White Horse at Uffington, a chalk figure created 3000 years ago

Tour C: Bath & Castle Combe, via Bibury, Cirencester & Tetbury
Full-Day Tour - Thursdays 09.30 - 17.30
Through the southern Cotswolds, via Bibury, Cirencester and Tetbury, to Georgian Bath, famous World Heritage city. A stroll across Pulteney Bridge to see Bath Abbey, and take time to tour the Roman Baths. Then drive around the city to take in the magnificent architecture of The Circus, The Royal Crescent and Lansdown Crescent. On our return journey we visit Castle Combe, considered one of the loveliest Cotswold villages.

Tour D: Stratford-upon-Avon & Warwick, via the North Cotswolds
Full-Day Tour - Tuesdays 09.30 - 17.30
Travel across the North Cotswolds to Stratford-upon-Avon, birthplace of William Shakespeare: we visit the Birthplace Trust and other sites with close connections to England's greatest dramatist and poet. Then the short trip to Warwick, with its medieval castle and splendid mix of timber-framed and Georgian buildings. We return to Oxford via Banbury, made famous by a nursery rhyme.
